Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Job Hunt OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Job Hunt OS provides CV creation and review tools, job-hunt organisation, coaching, education, community, recruitment, and related AI-assisted features. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You may register with email, Sign in with Apple, or Facebook Login. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of CVs, photos, files, applications, and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service and fulfil your requests. You must have the right to submit the content, including any referee details.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
submit false qualifications, impersonate someone, or infringe others’ rights;
probe, disrupt, bypass, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
upload malicious code or attempt to access accounts or data without permission;
resell or exploit the service except under a written agreement with us.

5. AI-assisted output and recruitment

AI-generated CV feedback and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before relying on them. Job listings, applications, coaching, or introductions do not guarantee employment, interviews, visas, qualifications, vessel safety, or any particular result. Employers make their own decisions.

6. Payments

Paid plans, coaching, or products are subject to the price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund policy shown when you purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable after the relevant service or digital content has been supplied. Payments are processed through Stripe, Kajabi, or another provider shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment-card details.

7. Third-party services

Job Hunt OS relies on providers including Supabase, Apple, Meta, OpenAI, Vercel, PostHog, and Resend. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our control.

8. Public content and member safety

Public-facing profile details, leaderboard entries, celebrations, and crew-house reviews are subject to safety review. We may quarantine, reject, or remove abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful content.

Signed-in members can report content and block another member from social surfaces. A report hides the reported revision from the reporting member while it is reviewed. Our internal target is to review reports within 24 hours, with urgent threats and child-safety concerns prioritised sooner. You can also report a safety issue to support@superyachtsundayschool.com. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion using our public data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements, and will act reasonably where notice is practical.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes may be announced through the service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Superyacht Sunday School, LLC, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
