This policy explains how Superyacht Sunday School, LLC (“SSS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through Job Hunt OS and related services.

1. Who we are

Job Hunt OS is operated by Superyacht Sunday School, LLC, 382 NE 191st St STE. 37186, Miami, FL 33179, United States. Questions can be sent to support@superyachtsundayschool.com.

2. Information we collect

Account and identity information

Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and account preferences.
Sign in with Apple: the Apple account identifier and any name or email Apple makes available with your permission.
Facebook Login: an app-scoped Facebook identifier, email address, and public profile information such as your name and profile photo, where available under approved permissions.

We use social sign-in data only to create and secure your account, sign you in, and display the basic profile information you chose to share. We do not post to Facebook, access your Facebook friends, use Facebook data for advertising, or sell it.

Job hunt and CV information

CV content, work history, qualifications, skills, references, profile photos, and uploaded files.
Job applications, saved jobs, progress, coaching activity, and platform messages.
Feedback and information you voluntarily provide to support or coaching staff.
Optional voice notes and resulting transcripts that you choose to add to dockwalking activity.

Technical information

We may process device, browser, IP address, security, error, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. The native iOS app disables product analytics. Our web service may use limited PostHog analytics where enabled. We do not use advertising networks.

Billing and booking information

We may receive purchase, subscription, payment-status, and transaction identifiers from Stripe, Kajabi, or another provider shown at checkout; we do not store full payment-card numbers. If you book a call through Calendly, we receive the selected time and the information you enter in its booking form.

3. Why we use information

Provide authentication, CV tools, job-hunt features, coaching, support, and recruitment services.
Generate requested CV feedback and other AI-assisted outputs.
Protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain the service.
Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and safety obligations.
Send essential service messages and, where permitted, communications you requested.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate Job Hunt OS. Depending on the feature, these may include Supabase for authentication, databases and storage; Apple and Meta for social sign-in; OpenAI for requested AI-assisted processing; Vercel for web hosting; PostHog for limited web analytics; Stripe and Kajabi for payments; Calendly for call booking; Flodesk for permitted marketing and recruitment email; and Resend for service email. They process data under their own terms and our agreements with them. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Essential account, purchase, security, and requested recruitment messages are not marketing.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide an active account, and to meet legal obligations. You can delete your account in the app through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account, which starts the deletion process immediately after confirmation. If you cannot access the app, use our public data deletion instructions. We respond to verified support requests within 30 days and schedule permanent erasure from active systems within 90 days, except for limited records we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud, dispute, or security purposes.

For a linked Facebook identity, account deletion revokes Job Hunt OS’s Facebook permissions and disconnects Job Hunt OS from that Facebook account before local account data is erased. This does not delete the Facebook account itself.

6. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, with appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children and changes

Job Hunt OS is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
